At the NBCUniversal Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of exclusive fan gear and collectibles. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the return.
